GALLERY EAST
Gallery East at 24 Church Street, Woodbridge in Suffolk opened in 2019 and is managed by Susie Turner, founder and owner and Cathy Doll, partner and co-owner. The gallery represents established and newer artists coming to the market for the first time. They encourage artists, painters, sculptors, and ceramic artists with a connection to East Anglia, and especially women artists. They show contemporary art from across the East Anglian region and beyond. They have hosted a series of Conversations with Artists including Francis Bowyer, John Crossley, Roger Hardy and Jane Lewis other Suffolk artists include Alex Ayliffe; Martin Howard Battye; Rebecca Bergese; Wendy Brooke-Smith; John Crossley; Janet French; Jason Gathorne-Hardy; Caroline Gold; Helengai Harbottle; Jane Hewlett; Barrie Houghton; Sara Johnson; Alexandra Oliver; Joseph Plaskett; Sarah Muir Poland;Caroline Poole; Ian Sedge and Annie Turner.
