The Royal Drawing School was founded in 2000 by the then HRH The Prince of Wales, now King Charles III, and artist Catherine Goodman. It was first known as The Prince's Drawing School but was given the Royal seal of approval in 2014. The School runs full and part-time drawing courses each year for adults and children of all abilities. This includes a postgraduate programme, The Drawing Year, a Foundation Year, public programme and courses for Young Artists aged 10–18 yrs. The school has two campuses in Shoreditch and Trinity Buoy Wharf both in London.
