Justine Moss was born in North Yorkshire. She studied at Wimbledon School of Art graduating B.A. (hons) fine art painting, Birmingham Institute of Art and Design for her master's in fine art, the University of Suffolk for a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and at the Arts University Bournemouth for a PhD fine art drawing. Justine lives and works in Suffolk and conducts a life drawing workshop at Old Jet, Bentwaters Business Parks, Rendlesham, Woodbridge. Justine Moss has exhibited at Art Station, Asylum Studios, Smiths Row, Bury St Edmund's; Town Hall Gallery, Ipswich; National Trust Bourne Mill, Colchester and elsewhere.
