Jazz Green studied fine art at Farnham School of Art and printmaking at the Royal College of Art in London. While studying at the RCA she was awarded an Erasmus scholarship to study for a term at Athens School of Fine Arts. Four months spent in Athens and travelling around Greece to some of its small islands was an influence in the development of her art. After graduating from the Royal College of Art she was selected for the New Contemporaries. Jazz later moved from London to live in rural Suffolk where she is a member of the Suffolk Group of Artists and of Artworks. She has exhibited at Peter Pears Gallery, Aldeburgh; Blackthorpe Barn, Rougham; Artworks East; Halesworth Gallery; Cley Contemporary, an annual open submission contemporary art exhibition in and around the village of Cley-next-the-Sea in North Norfolk; Wymondham Art Society, Norfolk; Rhyl Library, Museum & Arts Centre, East Parade,
Rhyl, Denbighshire; Hastings Museum & Art Gallery, John's Place, Bohemia Road, Hastings, Sussex and elsewhere.
