Mary Wyatt is a ceramic artist working at Felixstowe, Suffolk. Mary and her husband Stephen Nicholas Wyatt are former promoters of Art on the Prom at Felixstowe the annual art exhibition. Mary's pieces explore shape and balance, and her sculptures are hand-built and capture human figures, seascapes and animals suspended in movement and she is experimenting with raku glaze firing. A member of the Ipswich Art Club also exhibiting at Fire and Flux Ceramics, Norwich; Reallyverynice Gallery, Bury St Edmund's; the Ferini Art Gallery, Pakefield, Lowestoft and has also exhibited at Halesworth Gallery; Suffolk Craft Society; Ipswich Town Hall Gallery; Ipswich Art Gallery; Snape Maltings Galleries; Old Jet Arts Centre Rendlesham; Peter Pears Gallery, Aldeburgh; Felixstowe Art on the Prom also at Emmanuel College, Cambridge; Undercroft Gallery, Market Place, Norwich and elsewhere.
