SNAPE MALTINGS GALLERIES
Snape Maltings Gallery is a gallery dedicated to local and East Anglian paintings, ceramics, sculptures and jewellery. The Maltings Gallery at Snape Maltings is a treasure box of wonderful finds from Suffolk and further afield. From the paintings of the celebrated Maggi Hambling created in her studio just a few miles away, to new work from up-and-coming printmakers based in local villages, there is something there for every budget. They work continually to introduce new creative talents as well as showcasing nationally-collected local artists. Snape Maltings Galleries are housed within the Snape Maltings complex amongst cafes, boutiques, food hall, homewares store, restaurant, and world-famous concert hall. The Maltings site includes sculptures by Jocelyn Barbara Hepworth (1903-1975), Tracey Karima Emin (1963-), Gary Hume (1962-), Sarah Lucas (1962-), Alison Mary Wilding (1948-) and Henry Spencer Moore (1898-1986). New talents including Jelly Green, Jason Gathorne-Hardy and Gillian Draper. There are more than 150 Suffolk artists who have exhibited at Snape Maltings Galleries

The Pond Gallery exhibition programme runs from April to October. Exhibitions are weekly and include a wide variety of work from artists and craft groups. It also hosts part of our Festival Exhibition events programme during June.
The Quay Gallery exhibition programme runs from March to December. Exhibitions are weekly and include a wide variety of work including ceramics, craft, glass, mixed media works, paintings, prints, textile, sculpture, and wood craft.
