BRETT GALLERY
Brett Gallery at Bridge Farm Barns, Monks Eleigh, Suffolk is situated in the pretty Suffolk village of Monks Eleigh. It began life in 1970 as the family concern of 'Corncraft' in 1970 and one of the founders, Win Gage, opened Brett Gallery with the aim of promoting the work of locally based artists and crafts people. There are some fifty regular East Anglian Exhibitors displaying a range of work covering original fine art and prints, pottery, jewellery, glass, photography, textiles, and woodturning. Part of Bridge Farm Barns, a collection of several unique and independent retail businesses offering the customer a selection of distinctive products and good service. The outlets include a restaurant and tearoom, gift shop, vintage collectables, vintage fashion, quilting and felting, the Outrageous Cake Company as well as a garden nursery. In October 2020, after the retirement of Win Gage, this well-established centre was taken over by husband-and-wife team, Suzanne Perry, and John Reading. Highlighting the works of East Anglia artists and craftspeople, the pieces featured at Brett Gallery are unique yet affordable. Suffolk artists who have exhibited at Brett Gallery include Sarah Bourne, Diana Chapman and Harry Hambling.
