Angela Harvey was born and brought up in the Dorset countryside. Angela studied interior design at Bournemouth and Poole College of Art and gained a Diploma Accreditation (DipSIAD), and practiced commercial design until having her family. Now living in Suffolk Angela combines her knowledge of design with her love of the countryside, taking it through her artwork with each decorative piece individually hand painted with a character of its own, signed, and varnished ready for use. She works in acrylic but also produces watercolour and pencil works. She accepts commissions to paint pictures of peoples' houses and will paint customer's own items as well tastefully renovating vintage pieces. She exhibits her works both locally including at the Brett Gallery and it is sold it worldwide
