His artwork is dominated by a heightened sense of mortality examining response to life and time and its impact on the human condition. Jamie married at Sudbury, Suffolk in 1996, Mary E. Miller and lives and works in Suffolk. A member of the Gainsborough's House Gallery, he has exhibited from his studio Hillcrest Studios, Ipswich and at Shanidar Gallery, Erbil, Iraq; School of Art & Design Gallery, University of Sulaimani, Kurdistan; Associazione Eventi d’arte e d’architettura, Venice; La Galleria, Pall Mall, London; Crypt Gallery, London; Sotheby’s Gallery, London and in Suffolk at Waterfront Gallery, Ipswich; Peter Pears Gallery, Aldeburgh; Aldeburgh Beach Lookout Arts Club, Aldeburgh; Prettys Art, Ipswich and Kersey's, Ipswich; Edmund Gallery, Bury St Edmund's; Aldeburgh Cinema Gallery, Suffolk and in Sudbury at Gainsborough's House Museum and Gallery and elsewhere.
