Clare Alexandra Palmier was born in Surrey in December 1961. Clare studied at Goldsmiths College graduating with a B.A. in Fine Art. Clare has 20 years of experience in regeneration working with organisations to create projects and achieve funding, including Bromley by Bow Centre, St Leonard's Street, London; Living Streets; Foundation for Assistive Technology (FAST) and World Cancer Research Fund focused projects in London and Suffolk while bringing up her family. Lead and founder artist since 2016 in setting up Art Station at Saxmundam, Suffolk and leading on creating a dynamic Arts and Learning Programme, a new creative space within a former telephone exchange which is a base for a support network for creatives and creativity. Clare has exhibited with Jugg Art Foundation; Art Station; Asylum Studios, Bentwaters; Cambridge Corn Exchange; Firstsite, Colchester and at Artoll, Germany and elsewhere.
