WITHERS, Emma

Emma Jane Withers studied at Hornsey College of Art, Middlesex University 1982 and, for her M.A. in Fine Art, at Goldsmiths College, London 1988. Emma Withers works in all types of media specialising in trees which have a stillness and a silence and have the potential to approach eternity. Emma lives and works in Suffolk, has exhibited widely within the UK and has works in private and public collections. She married at Haringey, London in 1986, Philip Robbins and works from Low Road, Woodbridge, Suffolk with a studio at Asylum Studios at Bentwaters, Woodbridge. She has exhibited at the Art Station, Saxmundham and elsewhere.
