Caroline Wright

Caroline Wright studied at Norwich School of Art and Design for her B.A. (hons) and for a master's in Fine Art from the now known Norwich University of the Arts in 2002 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (PGCertHE). Caroline Wright is an artist and practice-based researcher exploring the connections, entanglements and relationships of eroded coastal material and has won many awards including from the Arts Council England, Firstsite Collectors Group, Trinity College Cambridge, School of Art Tokyo and many more. Caroline was programme Leader for Fine Art, post-and undergraduate, Open College of the Arts 2011; Senior Fellow Higher Education Academy 2018; Lecturer and external examiner at various institutions including Liverpool Hope University, University Centre Colchester, University College London, Anglia Ruskin University, University of Greenwich and elsewhere. She has exhibited work internationally and has completed commissions for festivals, galleries and universities. Caroline has a studio at Old Jet Arts Centre, Woodbridge, Suffolk.
