PANGEA GALLERY

2004 - 2010

Pangea Gallery, High Street, Yoxford, Suffolk, was set up by Michael Stennett in 2004 on the closure of the Barnsdale Gallery. It was part of the Yoxford Antique Centre and Gardens selling antiques, in partnership with costume designer Bob Ringwood, who lived at Barnsdale. They had been associates for a long time but the gallery was short-lived. There was a large studio at the rear and the centre including its gallery exhibited the work of contemporary artists including that of Alan Dodd in 2005. In 2010 artist Amanda Edgcombe and her husband Chris took over the space, renovating and redesigning it as an interior architecture showroom and gallery Collingwood Cotehele Design. They ran the business until 2016 when in early 2017 it was opened as the Rowe & Williams Gallery.
