JOHN STEVENS FINE ART
John Stevens studied at Ruskin School of Art, Oxford and St Martin's School of Art, London and worked with JRM Design Ltd in London 1964-1972. John Stevens was an herb, wildflower plant & seeds dealer from Little Cornard, Sudbury, Suffolk who exported his wares to over forty countries 1972-2011. In 1999 he opened John Stevens Fine Art Gallery selling 20th century and contemporary paintings and prints from his private Georgian house at 6 Market Place, Hadleigh, Suffolk but closed in 2005. Suffolk artist who exhibited with John Stevens include Valerie Bonnett, Jane Lewis and Stephanie Stow. John Stevens then became an independent arts and crafts professional living at Bridport, Dorset.
