SUE RANKIN GALLERY
Sue Rankin Gallery, Fulham Road, London had noticed its first exhibition in February 1986 but by 1992 it had moved to 40 Ledbury Road, London and held their last exhibition 13 July-4 August 1993 of the works of Arthur Keene (1930-2013). In 1993, following the retirement of Priscilla Thompson at the Thackeray Gallery the Thackery gallery was passed to Anne Thomson. Anne was running The Sue Rankin Gallery who merged the best of the two galleries into one, retaining both the Thackeray Gallery name and location although it has been quoted as the Thackeray Rankin Gallery. Suffolk artists who exhibited with the Sue Rankin Gallery include Julia Greenwood, Katherine Hamilton, Helen Napper and Andrew Pringle.
