BELGRAVE GALLERY
Belgrave Gallery opened in 1974 in Motcomb Street, Belgravia, London. It exhibited work by Modern British and Post-War artists. It moved to various London locations, including Mayfair, St James's, and 53 Englands Lane, Belsize Park. Belgrave Gallery Ltd. was liquidated in 2022. Suffolk artists who exhibited at the Belgrave Gallery in London include Paul Bullard, Jack Cudworth, Roy Turner Durrant, Elsie Evelyn Few, Anne Paterson Wallace and Harold Wilfred Yates.
BELGRAVE ST IVES
Opened in 1998 as sister gallery to Belgrave Gallery (established London 1974), the gallery has been managed throughout the period by Michael Gaca and Belgrave St Ives was formed as an independent gallery located in Cornwall when Michael Gaca took over ownership of Belgrave St Ives. In September 2020, after 22 years in St Ives, Belgrave St Ives relocated to a rural location in Towednack, just a couple of miles from St Ives. Suffolk artists who exhibited at the Belgrave Gallery in St Ives, include Dooze Storey.
