ANDERSON, Stuart
Stuart Anderson was born at Chatham, Kent in 1967. He studied at Medway School of Art 1986-1987 and at Winchester School of Art 1987-1990 gaining a B.A. (hons) in sculpture, proceeding to Royal College of Art, London 1990-1992 for his Post Graduate Diploma in Bronze Casting & Sculpture. In 1991 he built a bronze casting furnace in his back garden at Rochester but in 1993 he moved to Yew Tree Farm Studios, Laxfield, Suffolk before setting up a studio at 2 Melton Road, Woodbridge, Suffolk. A founder member Butley Mills Studios, Orford, Suffolk and exhibited at the Royal Academy. Stuart lives and works in Suffolk with his partner Susannah and their two young children.
