Beth Andrews

Originally from west London, Beth’s earliest experience of Suffolk is childhood holidays, staying with family friends. She grew up in the capital and studied art, but after the untimely death of her brother she sought solace on the Suffolk coast. After a bit of teaching in Aldeburgh about 2008 she moved to the town and kept herself going by painting, and a temporary job at Snape Maltings then took a position to run the book shop. Now living in Thorpeness, where she has put down her artistic roots and sells her work in Snape Maltings Gallery and is also part of an artists’ group that exhibits every year at the Peter Pears Gallery in Aldeburgh.
