Emma Kerridge

Emma L. Kerridge was born at Ipswich in 1990, daughter of Wayne P. Kerridge and his wife Linda née Orris, who married at Sudbury in 1985. Emma has a degree in Biology and Geology and a Research Masters in Biology and is a self-taught wildlife artist, using coloured pencils, primarily Prismacolor Premier and Faber-Castell Polychromos, to bring my work to life. Emma has loved wildlife since a child and this fuels the main focus of her artwork. She has experimented in many other mediums but is fascinated with the effects that coloured pencils can produce and is striving to learn more techniques to push her art further. Based in Suffolk, Emma exhibits her work from her Hadleigh, Suffolk home, at local exhibitions including 'Art on the Prom' at Felixstowe, Suffolk, with Pam Rees [q.v.], and craft fairs and is willing to take commissions. She also creates prints, cards and gifts from my original artwork and these are available to buy through the Elkie Shop.
