1. Edward Charles Williams was born on 10 July 1807 and died at Shepherds Bush, London on 25 July 1881. He exhibited at Suffolk Fine Arts Association at Ipswich in 1850 four works 'An Old Roadside Inn', 'A Halt of Gipsies: Mid-day', 'At Byfleet, Surrey' and 'Punt Fishing'.
