Ann Woolston

As Ann L. Saville, she was born at Aldershot, Hampshire in 1941, daughter of George Henry Saville (15 March 1915-30 April 1982), who was in the army, and his wife Lily Doris née Harvey (12 September 1915-28 January 2000), who married at Colchester, Essex in 1937 and in 1939 were living at 49 Money Road, Caterham, Surrey. Ann married at Khartoum, Sudan Raymond T. Woolston (born 1934). Ann is now a retired interior designer, involved with textiles from Central Asia and now a host for bed and breakfast guests at 8 Woodland Drive, Bungay, Suffolk. Ann is well travelled and has lived all over the world with a personal passion for Central Asian hand embroidered textiles and has an amazing collection of artifacts from many countries. Her love of colour comes from living in Africa, the beads and fabrics from the Soloman Islands and the stunning Suzanis from Samarkand.
