Carlos Alberto Gamboa Fernandes was born in Portugal in May 1967. In 2001 he came from Lisbon, Portugal to live in Ipswich and studied at University Campus Suffolk, where he completed a B.A. (hons.) degree in Fine Art. An artist, specialising in sculpture and painting, focusing on surrealism and the abstract and his work is focused on the environment, working in 3D and with paint to explain in a provocative way that he feels about our world and works with Holywells Creatives Group. He had a studio at the Atrium Studios at the University of Suffolk in Ipswich.
