BROCK, Charles Edward
Charles Edward Brock was born at Church Road, Kessingland, Lowestoft, Suffolk on 16 September 1911, son of Ernest James Brock (3 February 1872-1946), a plumber & decorator, and his wife Louisa Emily née Frost (1872-1939), who married at Pakefield, Suffolk in 1899. In 1939, Charles was an unmarried carpenter & joiner, living at Acorn Cottage, East View, Chapel Road, Kessingland, with his widowed father Ernest and unmarried brothers, Thomas John (16 August 1907-1984), a plumber, and Ernest Alfred (5 April 1916-2003), a bricklayer. Charles married in the Lothingland district of Suffolk in 1951, Isabel Martin Cracknell. A member and exhibitor at the Beccles Society of Artists 1977-1990. Charles Edward Brock died in the Great Yarmouth district on 17 May 1999.
