BEDINGFIELD, Roger
Roger C. Bedingfield was born at Mill Hill, Mettingham, Suffolk in 1941, son of James William K. Bedingfield (16 July 1912-1989) and his wife Ada Laura née Rouse (8 July 1913-1992), who married at Great Yarmouth, Norfolk in 1939. Roger married in the Waveney district of Suffolk in 1975, Susan N. King. Roger is a self-taught artist who has been painting for over 30 years, working in oils and watercolours and specialises in marine and landscape paintings. A member of the Great Yarmouth & District Society of Artists 1987-1995 and 2000-2016 also of the Beccles Society of Artists 1977-1990 from 6 Hamilton Way, Bungay, Suffolk. Roger has exhibited widely in various exhibitions in East Anglia.
