KEEN, Caroline
Caroline Ruth Keen was born in West Oxfordshire in 1983. Caroline studied Art at 'A' level and both Art and Textile design at G.C.S.E. standard before taking a Foundation Course at Banbury School of Art, Oxfordshire and in 2002 gained her degree in Art and Design. Having a strong interest in art and textiles, continues to explore diverse ways to work within these different disciplines. In 2005 she moved to Southwold, Suffolk where she became a member of the Southwold Art Circle also joining Suffolk Open Studios with her studio at 2 Keens Lane, Reydon, Southwold. After a lengthy period of study Caroline achieved a master's degree in 2019 which led to her becoming at Art Therapist using the arts as an integrative therapy. A multi-media artist she has exhibited at Suffolk Open Studios Annual Exhibitions; 'The Cherry Tree', Stoven, Suffolk and at Southwold Art Circle exhibitions and in 2019 at the London Art House, 2-18 Britannia Row, London N1 8PA, she also donated to the 'Westhall Secret Postcard Auction' in 2013 'Out to Sea'. She [2022] now exhibits with Ainetheon Arts in Angus, Scotland.
