DIX, Eric
Eric John Dix was born at Norwich, Norfolk in 1929, son of William Alfred Dix (22 November 1893-23 September 1976), a schoolmaster, and his wife Gladys Iris née Pye (3 April 1898-1963), who married at Norwich in 1923 and in 1939, were living at 57 Gipsy Lane, Norwich. Eric married in the Samford district of Suffolk in 1959, Gillian R. Cooper. A member and exhibitor at the Norfolk & Norwich Art Circle 1947-1981 from Norwich and from Hill Rise, Church Lane, Baylham, Ipswich. Eric John Dix died at Ipswich on 18 January 2016.
