SENDALL, Jennifer
Jennifer Bryant Sendall was born in August 1960. She studied industrial design at Lanchester University 1980-1981 and the University of Luton 2005-2006 for her BA (hons) in Graphics, she then studied at the University of Essex 2014-2017 for her Master's in Fine/Studio Arts, General and for a Master's at University Campus Suffolk at Ipswich, now the University of Suffolk in Arts Practice and trained atelier-style in 'classical' studio painting techniques under Nicholas Beer (1960-). Jennifer has a special interest in the practice and techniques and the practices of painters from the Renaissance up to today and has also developed skills in painting landscapes en plein air and is an award-winning participant in many plein air festivals and competitions. Jennifer focussed on the countryside close to home in Suffolk and Norfolk, with a small proportion of still life, figure and commissioned portraiture. Her work has been exhibited at the Waterfront Gallery, Ipswich; Mall Galleries with the Federation of British Artists; Chelsea Old Town Hall; Maryland Hall, Annapolis, USA; De Posthoornkerk, Amsterdam, Netherlands and Greenacres Gallery, Wexford, Eire as well as throughout East Anglia. A director at Tir y Gafel Ltd, Lammas Eco Village in Wales.
