Peasenhall Art & Antiques Gallery, The Street, Peasenhall, Suffolk. In the early 1970s the shop was acquired by Brian John Whincop (1928-29 June 2008) and his wife Peggy Maureen née Wright (10 June 1929-1981), who married in 1954. Peggy originally sold frozen food, but by 1972 they were selling paintings, prints, antiques and carved walking sticks and from 2002 it dealt in hand-made craft items. Suffolk artists who exhibited at Peasenhall include John Andrew Bawtree, Hilda Elizabeth Dee and Charles Dunlop Tracy. This venue has closed and the property is a private residence.
