Sarah Samuels Fine Paintings at Long View, Mannings Lane North, Hoole Village, Chester has successfully been in operation for over 35 years. In the early nineties, Sir Timothy Peter Plint Clifford (1946-), then Head of the Manchester City Art Galleries, had an idea to take unseen art from the vaults and place them in corporate spaces. Sarah was involved with The Patrons and Associates of the Manchester City Art Galleries but, being let down by a furbishers’ strike, Sarah and her husband used the art off their own walls and hung their works in corporate spaces which was the start of a career. Fine art dealer and Cheshire-based gallery owner, Sarah Samuels, is proud that she has built her business on trust, between the artists that she represents and her purchasers, from both the private and business sectors. Sarah Samuels Fine Paintings specialises in traditional paintings by well-established contemporary British Artists, many of whom are members of the Royal Societies. Suffolk artists who work with Sarah Samuels include Margaret Glass and Susan M. P. Ryder.
