MALCOLM HENDERSON GALLERY
The Malcolm Henderson Gallery at 11 Bury Street, St James's London in the early 1970s, specialised in maritime art. Malcolm L. Henderson (1933–2023) was a graduate of the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst and the Defense Services Staff College, India before opening his art gallery with the first advertisement noted for London in 1972 and the last in 1978. In the 1980s he moved his gallery to Washington DC and then to Virginia and in 1997 relocated to Panama where he became an author. Author of 'Don't Kill the Cow Too Quick' the account of homesteading in Panama and 'The Innocents Abroad' a novel with a political undertone. Suffolk artists who exhibited at the Malcolm Henderson Gallery include Robert Trenaman Back.
