YARE GALLERY
Yare Gallery, South Quay, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk opened in 2021, was reliant on funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund and the government's Culture Recovery Fund, all of which got cut in 2023 when the gallery used a different model of renting the space to artists and creatives to hold exhibitions. The gallery closed in 2022 and placed on the market by the Great Yarmouth Preservation Trust. Suffolk artists who exhibited at the Yare Gallery include Rosemary Elliott and Ally Zawadzki.
