MURRELL, Nick
Nicholas Thomas Michael Murrell is a local abstract artist living at Kirton near Ipswich. Nick studied art at school and college but about 1985, obtained his city and guilds in hairdressing, and ran his own salon Finickys Hair Design at Trimley near Felixstowe for some 30 years, but always retaining his interest all aspects of art. He married Fiona Louise Hollinger and is the father of four sons Conor Jack, Ellis Andrew, Archie and Jett. He has his artist's studio at his home where he creates abstract paintings and takes commissions for bespoke artwork. His work has been sold in the UK, Europe, and the USA. He exhibits at Art on the Prom at Felixstowe, Suffolk.
