Bryony Elizabeth McLeod-Brown was born and raised in Suffolk. Having completed an Art Foundation Diploma in 2020 she continues her art alongside her full-time work at an Art Gallery and Picture Framers but now works in the NHS, whilst continuing to paint her landscapes. A contemporary Suffolk based artist, Bryony has evolved and developed her work to mixed media landscapes and works onto board, comprising of ink, batik wax and acrylic paint to create texture through layers with colour achieved with delicate mark making of the ink resisting against the wax. Interested by her local surrounding, she is inspired to convey the beauty of Suffolk into her work. She has exhibited her acrylic portraiture painting in London also showing at local art galleries and Art on the Prom.
