CUSHING, Chris

1939 - ?

Christopher Cushing was born in June 1939. Chris left Felixstowe, Suffolk 1957 to join the Royal Air Force, returning in 1969 to work in Human Resources for British Telecom with responsibility for recruitment and career development. On retirement he took up painting and has a degree in Art History from the University of East Anglia. He works in oils, with an impressionist version of the beauty of East Anglian land, sea, and skyscapes in bright and broken colour. He regularly exhibits with the Felixstowe Art Group formerly at the Bent Hill Gallery at Felixstowe, Suffolk from his home in Colneis Road, Felixstowe.
