KING, Bryan

Bryan E. King was born at Barton-upon-Humber, Lincolnshire in 1947 and he married in 1979 Carole Duffin. He lived and worked in various parts of the country before, together with his wife Carole, in 2006 they moved to Suffolk. Bryan is a self-taught artist but has benefitted from attending courses run by well known professional artists. An artist in watercolour but he also likes using pen and wash and some mixed media and most of his work is of the scenery and coast of Suffolk, but also enjoys painting whilst on his travels with a favourite location being Venice. A member and exhibitor at the Woodbridge Art Club and the Ipswich Arts Association and has also exhibited work in several local venues and undertaken commissions on a variety of subjects. He has his studio at Kesgrave, near Ipswich.
