CLAVIER, Jo
Josephine Clavier grew up in West Suffolk and studied fashion design at Ipswich School of Art and then sculpture at St Martin's School of Art in London but later she commenced painting. Josephine works mostly with acrylics, but also in watercolour and pastel and experiments with new media. Over time her work has become more abstract but with some elements of the landscape, painting colourful, abstract, and abstract impressionist paintings in vibrant colours. A member of the Ipswich Art Society and the Colchester Art Society and has also exhibited at 142 Gallery in Felixstowe and elsewhere. A member of Suffolk Open Studios from Felixstowe, Suffolk.
