HURCUM, Lisa
As Lisa Lindsey Boulton, she was born at Henley, Oxfordshire in 1969, daughter of Brian C. Boulton and his wife Barbara O. Campbell, who married in 1958. Lisa married at Harrow, Middlesex in 1990, Robert Edward Hurcum and works under the name of Lisa Hurcum and is co-founder of Paper-works, printmaking studios in Lowestoft, which is used for workshops and courses, for both her own practice and for their members. Lisa Hurcum, who is a founding member of Easterly Artists, has a fluid painterly approach to her prints which give them a sense of spontaneity with home and storytelling central to her work. Lisa exhibited at the Fisher Theatre Gallery, Bungay in 2018. A printmaker she now lives at Lowestoft, Suffolk.
