Francesca Roberts was born at Colchester, Essex in 1988. Educated at Deben High School, Felixstowe 2000-2006 and at Reading University 2006-2009, gaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Art History, Criticism and Conservation. She enjoyed painting for pleasure in two distinct styles, an abstract approach that captures the illuminating tones of light and suggestive of moods and water, and figurative objects. After pursuing a career in shipping and logistics she resumed her interest in art, Francesca exhibited at Art on the Prom at Felixstowe in 2017, a collection of cow paintings, some abstract light paintings, along with some framed mixed media drawings of beach side scenes which are popular for this event. Francesca who specialises in landscapes, and equine and animal portraiture is now a professional artist and welcomes commissioned pieces. She lives and works at Felixstowe by the sea which is expressed through her art.
