ANSON, Miss
A daughter of General Sir William Anson (1772–1847) and his wife Louisa Frances Mary Anson née Dickenson, who married on 26 January 1815. They had six children including three daughters and as Miss Anson of Grundisburgh Hall, an art pupil, as was her mother, of Henry Bright, sometime between 1836-1856 and could be any of the three sisters.
1] Mary Louisa was born in London on 5 January 1818, she married St Marylebone Church on 8 July 1848, Revd Matthew Thomas Farrer and had issue. She died at Croydon in 1856.
2] Anne Georgiana Frances was born in London on 14 July 1822, she married at Saint Marylebone, London on 16 February 1846, Revd William Thornton (1825-1881). Anne lived at Kingsthorpe Hall, Kingsthorpe, Northampton where she died on 22 November 1911, aged 89 and had issue.
3] Louisa Frances Maria was born in London on 16 April 1826, she married at Saint Marylebone, London on 16 April 1857, Francis Du Cane (1826-1888) and died at Eastbourne, Sussex on 14 January 1904, leaving issue.
