ANSON, Miss
A daughter of General Sir William Anson, 1st bart. (13 August 1772–13 January 1847) and his wife Louisa Frances Mary Anson née Dickenson, who married on 26 January 1815. They had six children including three daughters and as Miss Anson of Grundisburgh Hall, an art pupil, as was her mother, of Henry Bright, sometime between 1836-1856 and could be any of the three sisters.
1] Mary Louisa was born in London on 5 January 1818, as his second wife she married St Marylebone Church on 8 July 1848, Revd Matthew Thomas Farrer (3 February 1816–14 July 1889) and had issue. She died at Croydon on 15 November 1856.
2] Anne Georgiana Frances was born in London on 14 July 1822, she married at Saint Marylebone, London on 16 February 1846, Revd William Thornton (1825-1881). Anne lived at Kingsthorpe Hall, Kingsthorpe, Northampton where she died on 22 November 1911, aged 89 and had issue.
3] Louisa Frances Maria was born in London on 16 April 1826, she married at Saint Marylebone, London on 16 April 1857, Francis Du Cane (9 November 1826-4 October 1880) and died at Eastbourne, Sussex on 14 January 1904, leaving issue.
