1946 - 2015

Eric Bonner was born in Scotland in 1946. A former bus driver and later a long-distance lorry driver, and from 1966 lived at Copperfield Gardens, Brentwood, Essex being elected a Liberal Democrat councillor in 1980. He married in 1968 and in 2006 took early retirement due to ill-health and, together with his wife Ann, moved to Beccles in Suffolk.
