ANTRAM, Albert William
Albert William Antram was born at Poplar, London on 18 November 1903, son of Albert Antram (19 January 1874-1958), a lodge porter, and his wife Margaret Gallaway, née Whayman (15 January 1878-1969), who married at Poplar in 1900. In 1911, young Albert was a 7-year-old, living at 24 Canton Street, Poplar with his parents, 37-year-old Albert and 33-year-old Margaret, with three siblings, Eleanor Margaret 9, Frederick Sidney 4 and Rose Winifred 3. Albert married in the Surrey SE division in 1936, Ruth Amelia Young (1905-21 April 1996) and they lived in the Waveney district of Suffolk. A member and exhibitor at the Beccles Society of Artists 1977-1987. Albert William Antram died at Ipswich Hospital in 1987.
