PEREIRA, Garry Raymond
Garry Raymond Pereira was born in the Newmarket district of Suffolk in August 1974, son of Raymond T. Pereira (born 1951) and his wife Janet M. Goodwin, who married at Harrow, Middlesex in 1971. Garry completed his master's in fine art from the Norwich School of Art in 1998. As Garry Raymond Pereira, a tutor & artist, who works from 7 Chatham Street, Norwich, Norfolk, working in oil on canvas or panel has for a long time been inspired by waves and dunes along the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline, an area with which he has a strong connection. He has exhibited his works at Singapore Art Fair; Toronto International Art Fair; Brussels Art Fair; Palm Springs, Florida; Chicago Art Fair; New York Central Art Fair; Holland Art Fair, also in London at Chelsea Art Fair and at Islington and Battersea; and Thompson's Gallery both at Aldeburgh and in London with solo shows in Southwold; Byard Art, Cambridge and Mandell’s Gallery, Norwich and elsewhere.
