BAXTER, Mary

1963 - ?

As Mary R. Lang, she was born in Wales in 1963 but spent her childhood at Felixstowe, Suffolk. She married at Ipswich in 1982, Paul Baxter and are the parents of Kathryn Louise Baxter (born 1988), a glass artist. Mary returned to painting joining a local Art Group in 2005. Painting under the name of Mary Baxter, in watercolour and mixed media with the inclusion of natural elements including tissue/dried flowers, inks, enamels and beads and in bright colours with each painting individual in abstract/impressionistic form. Mary exhibits in local charity events and the Felixstowe Art Group and a regular at 'Art on the Prom' at Felixstowe. She lives at Ipswich with her husband.
