GRIFFIN, Janeanne
Jane Anne Griffin was born in Suffolk and, as a mature student and a mother of five children, in 2004 Jane gained her B.A. Art degree. Working in acrylics, with an occasional foray into pencil, crayon or pastels, her art is influenced by the beauty of the local flora and fauna to items of everyday life, switching between artistic styles depending on the subject and mood. A member of Suffolk Open Studios with her studio at 21 Kingsland, Shotley, Ipswich and she exhibits regularly at Art on the Prom at Felixstowe, Suffolk and at nearby Harkstead Church and donated to the Westhall Secret Postcard Auction in 2013 an acrylic 'Sweet Silhouette'. Her work is available as limited-edition prints in a range of sizes, with many also on gift cards and bookmarks.
