GOODING, Mathew

Mathew John Gooding was born at Ipswich in 1979, son of John Gooding and his wife Judith L. née Manser, who married at Ipswich in 1977. Mathew studied at Norwich School of Art 1997-2000, gaining a First Class B.A. (hons) in Fine Art Painting and took a post graduate Diploma in Fine Art at Goldsmiths College, London 2001-2002, and his M.A. the following year. A member of the IIpswich Art Society and exhibited from 24 Kersey Close, Stowmarket, Suffolk in 1997, 'Falling Away from a State of Health'. He has also exhibited at Jeffrey Charles Gallery, 34 Settles Street; Fieldgate Gallery, Fourty Court, 14 Fieldgate Street; Schwartz Gallery, 92 White Post Lane, all in London, also in Germany, Italy, Switzerland and elsewhere. He created an exclusive limited-edition collection of McQueen inspired drawings, featuring the designers most iconic pieces.
