CROMARTY, Esmée Joan
As Esmée Joan McKean, she was born in Northern Ireland in 1926. She married Robert John Kennedy Cromarty (1924-1998), M.A., a classics master at Woolverstone Hall School, Ipswich and they had two children, a son Andrew, and a daughter Jennifer, both born in Ipswich 1963-1964. A Friend of the Ipswich Art Club and exhibited from 127 Henley Road, Ipswich in 1990, two pictures' 'Barges' and 'Mill Pond and Church, Sproughton'. Esmée, of Laragh House, Co. Monaghan, died in hospital on 15 January 2010, aged 83, and buried in St Margaret's Churchyard, Ipswich.
