KYNASTON-SHAW, Grace
Grace Ellaline Kynaston-Shaw was born on 18 January 1909. A teacher of sculpture at the Ipswich High School in 1963 and domestic bursar in 1970 when she is noted as being unwell. A member of the Ipswich Art Club 1968-1973, where she exhibited from Woolverstone Hall, Ipswich, two sculptures 'Head of a Young Man' (ciment fondu), and 'Flight into Egypt' (alabaster) and from The Holly, Woolverstone, Ipswich in 1970 two sculptures, 'The Poet' and 'Nutch Nazeer' both cement fondu. She does not seem to have exhibited again. Grace Ellaline Kynaston-Shaw died at Sherwood Lodge, Bessborough Road, London on 19 September 1975.
