City of Norwich and East Anglian Art Union (in connection with the Norfolk and Norwich Fine Arts' Association) and in 1856 Claude Lorraine Nursey was secretary. By 1868 it had been renamed the City of Norwich and East Anglian Art Union when they held their first exhibition.
