David Sheen is a Suffolk based artist, who studied and painted with the Worlington Movement for many years. He paints with a love of life and human awareness, endeavouring to capture scenes with realistic rendering of atmospheric light and strong, deliberate contrasts between light and shadow to create the illusion of three-dimensional volume and dramatic mood. His technique fuses the classical style with a hint of impressionism.
