PHILLIPS, Debbie
Debbie Phillips has completed a degree course with some of her work being used for teaching and advertising by the Open College of the Arts. Debbie lives in a little Suffolk village and is surrounded by countryside and fields, which gives her time to contemplate and painting in her favourite medium in oil although she also works in acrylic and with the sky always changing and moving which she replicates in her landscape paintings. She has has exhibited at Wingfield Barns and elsewhere.
